By using Avsha, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Avsha is an AI-powered audio tour app generating personalized, location-based narratives. Includes free and paid features.

2. Accounts

Basic features work as guest. Some require Google sign-in. You must be 13+ to use Avsha.

3. AI Content

Content is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Provided for entertainment and education only. Do not rely on it for navigation or safety.

4. Credits & Payments

Tour generation uses credits. Purchases via Stripe are final. Prices may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not: use for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer AI systems, abuse free credits, or interfere with the service.

6. Device Permissions

Location, camera, and microphone are optional and only active when you use those features.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and publish on Avsha (community tours, creator tours, reviews). By publishing content, you grant Avsha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You may delete your content at any time, which terminates this license (except for copies already distributed).

You represent that you have the right to publish any content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

8. Content Moderation

All user-published content is subject to review before it becomes publicly visible. Avsha reserves the right to remove, restrict, or modify content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards. Content may be removed without prior notice in cases of clear policy violations.

9. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content on Avsha infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated agent at legal@metivity.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing content with a link or description
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content promptly. Counter-notifications may be submitted following the same process.

10. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is". We are not liable for actions based on AI content. AI-generated tours may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for navigation safety or factual accuracy.
