By using Avsha, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Avsha is an AI-powered audio tour app generating personalized, location-based narratives. Includes free and paid features. The Service is operated by Metivity ("we", "our", or "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use Avsha. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement. Basic features work as a guest. Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
Tour narratives, descriptions, and audio are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. It is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
You must not rely on AI-generated content for navigation, safety, medical, legal, or financial decisions. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on AI-generated content.
Tour generation uses credits. Credits and subscriptions may be purchased through:
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
You agree not to:
Location, camera, and microphone are optional and only active when you explicitly use those features. You can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
You retain ownership of content you create and publish on Avsha (community tours, creator tours, reviews). By publishing content, you grant Avsha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You may delete your content at any time, which terminates this license (except for copies already distributed or cached).
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to publish any content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
All user-published content is subject to review before it becomes publicly visible. Avsha reserves the right to remove, restrict, or modify content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards. Content may be removed without prior notice in cases of clear policy violations.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content promptly. Counter-notifications may be submitted following the same process. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
The Avsha name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Metivity. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) the Service will meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METIVITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metivity, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using Avsha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 10-13, and 16 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Avsha after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@metivity.com.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
